Cancel or Modify Order:
If you would like to cancel or modify your order before it is fulfilled, please CALL/TEXT US (Preferable method of contact) at (267) 772-0132 or email us ASAP at . After your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
Menace Baits offers returns, refunds, or exchanges on products that arrive to you with manufacturer defects that are reported within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Shipping costs you pay at the post office will be reimbursed for products you return due to manufacturer defect.
Menace Baits does not offer returns or refunds on products you order that do not have manufacturer defects. If you ordered a wrong item or option, you may exchange the wrong item for another item of equal or less value. Exchanges are eligible within 14 days of purchase and the item you are exchanging must be in the same condition that you received it in. You must pay shipping costs at the post office to return the wrong items and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges upon shipment of new items.
Refund/Exchange Process for Defective Products
1.) Email us at to notify us that you would like to return defective items from your purchase. Include your transaction ID number and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange (additional shipping charges may apply).
2.) Package and ship the products that you would like to return to P.O. Box 823 Richlandtown, PA 18955 (We recommend using a trackable shipping method, Menace Baits is not responsible for return shipping and cannot guarantee delivery)
3.) Upon receiving the return package and approval, Menace Baits will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
